How to play
Guts & Germs is a couch multiplayer board game for 2 to 6 players designed specifically for the Apple TV:
- Select between 2 and 6 players on the setup screen and choose each player's character pawn.
- Take turns rolling the dice, moving along the body board, answering weird body trivia questions, and landing on Gross Out or Good Germs card spaces.
- Reach the finish line and conquer the final Brain Buster challenge to crown the champion!
Apple TV Remote Controls
- Swipe or Click Edges: Move selection focus between buttons, answers, and menus.
- Click (Center / Clickpad): Select the focused item, answer a question, or roll the dice.
- Back / < Button: Return to the previous screen or pause.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need internet access to play?
No. Guts & Germs is completely offline and device-native. All questions, cards, audio, and graphics are bundled inside the app. No Wi-Fi or active internet connection is needed once downloaded.
Are there any in-app purchases or subscriptions?
No. Guts & Germs has no microtransactions, advertisements, or subscriptions. You receive the complete game and all content.
Can children play Guts & Germs?
Yes! Guts & Germs is built for families and kids, focusing on fun, cheeky biological facts and gross-out humour. Question difficulty can also be adjusted in Settings.
How do I reset game settings?
You can adjust sound effect and music volume in the in-game Settings menu. Deleting and reinstalling the app resets all preferences to defaults.
